ahead and jump over to the video so what

we're going to be doing today is we're

gonna be talking about a technique that

helps business owners get higher

rankings in Google and this is really

really powerful if you pick the right

market business owners are willing to

pay you a hundred or three hundred

dollars or more to just have this work

completed and I'm gonna show you exactly

how to do it because this brings them

more traffic to their business which

means more customers which means that

they're going to make more money and so

you can do this all day long you can do

this for a hundred or three hundred

dollars and you can just repeat this

process all day long easily generating a

thousand dollars a day if you want to if

you put in the work I'm gonna show you

exactly how to do it so let's just go

ahead and get started now I'm going to

show you the search string that will

allow you to do all of this but before

that let's choose a good niche and

market to get into because we want

something that's going to be really

worth going after so some good markets

to get into are going to be local

service niches some of those niches can

be like dentists chiropractors plumbing

accountants bankruptcy lawyers pest

control different things like that I

mean the list just goes on and on and on

but before we get started here I want to

show you this really cool nifty little

tool that's going to help you and show

you how many times people are searching

for the different keywords that we're

going to be looking at this was super

important because you want to really

look at the search volume and so let's

go ahead and move this out of the way

here real quick and this little tool

here is called keywords anywhere so just

go over to google and type in keywords

anywhere inside of the search and then

you're gonna have just at the top here

it's gonna say keywords anywhere that'll

bring you over to this page right here

this is a free Chrome extension that you

can install right now it only takes a

couple seconds I'll show you exactly how

this works in just a moment but first

let's go ahead and search for our term

something where I can show you how this

whole thing works and so we're gonna go

ahead and go over to Google here so what

I need to do is pick out a local service

niche and so for this let's just go

ahead and use dentists so let me go

ahead and just copy this and I'll just

go ahead and paste this into Google so

dentist Tampa I live near Tampa so I'll

just put that in there now if you look

really closely here as I type in the

words it's going to tell me because

we've installed that Chrome extension

keywords anywhere it's going to display

the search volume for these different

terms alright so this is how many people

that are searching for dentists and

Tampa that's 2,900 people so let's just

go ahead and search for that

alright so Dennis Tampa as soon as I

scroll down here I'm gonna have a

listing of different businesses

eliciting zuv different dentists that

are around in my local city now you can

use this for any city around I'm just

showing you something you know a place

that's mirror where I live but right

down here I've got this you know we've

got some top listings here but here's

what you want to do come right down here

where it says more places go ahead and

click on that that's gonna open up a

different window and a different page

here now obviously we've got some top

listings right here but those are not

the businesses that we want to go after

so what I'm going to do here is just

scroll down and let's just go a little

bit deeper here to find some of those

low-hanging fruit you know businesses

that are not ranking high in the search

engines yet okay so I'm just gonna

scroll down here scroll all the way down

because these guys I'm sure they're

gonna want to be much higher in the

search results so they get more business

it's even go to the next page and go

deeper into the results here so what

we're gonna do first is we're going to

grab some information from one of these

businesses and we're going to use a

search string to do that so first what

I'm going to do is just

on one so let's just click on this

Broadway dental okay and that's gonna

bring up the information for their

business now here's we're gonna want to

do I found this to be the easiest way to

do this but grab the phone number in the

listing okay

so just select it and then copy it use

control-c or command-c on a keyboard and

then what you're gonna do here is the

search string that we are going to use

now you guys can just look on the screen

and you can type this out you can copy

exactly what I have here and follow

along with me if you want to you can

pause the video but right here after

where it says Q equals what you're going

to want to do is paste the phone number

so I'll go to edit paste and then I want

to take out these parenthesis

parenthesis yeah and then so I'll take

those out so you want the phone number

to look something like this and what

we're going to be searching for is

duplicate listings on Google because

when Google sees duplicate listings you

can get penalized and you can have your

business listings push down lower in the

search results and so we definitely

don't want that now a lot of business

owners do not know about this so let's

go ahead and select that and then what

I'll do is open up a new browser and

I'll just come over here open up in your

window and then up here at the very top

inside of my browser I will paste that

search string with the phone number

let's go ahead and do that okay now if

it shows you the company details and it

shows you a little photo up here and

everything like that that just means

that there's no duplicate listings okay

and then from this point you would just

go in search for another one okay so

this one just has one listing from what

it looks like to me so that's good so

let's just go back over here and I'm

gonna scroll down here and look for

another business so let's try this

Mascaro and Martini okay so I'll go

ahead and click on that okay right here

I'll take this phone number and copy

that into memory okay so I'll go ahead

and command C on the keyboard and let's

go back over to our search string right

here let's go ahead and select this and

I'll go to edit paste remove the little

brackets and parentheses and I just want

to make sure that there's no spaces so

let me go ahead and just press the

backspace

there we go and then what I'll do is

select this and then copy that into

memory let's move this out of the way

and I'll open up a new window and then

go over here and just paste and hit

return

okay so now we got something here what's

going on so this company has two

listings that are the exact same address

and one of them it looks like it says

it's permanently closed well that's not

really good if you're showing your

business permanently closed on one

listing and then another listing says

doesn't say that that's totally

confusing on one point but also you have

two listings it looks like they marked

it permanently closed and they didn't

know how to delete it and they created

another listing so that is a double

listing and you can get penalized from

Google from that okay probably one of

the reasons why they are lower in the

search engines so at this point what you

would do is you would reach out to them

and say hey I see that you have a double

listing on Google you can tell them

everything you can say you know Google

usually penalizes companies that have

duplicate listings and that can lower

your search engine rankings and so we

want to get you on the first page higher

up so people can see you so you can get

more traffic and visitors and customers

so you can make more money that's what

it's all about and here's what you guys

have to do even if they don't know how

to do this but what you want to do is

you want to talk to them about becoming

a manager with their account now this is

not something where you're asking them

to take over your account or becoming an

administrator or anything like that all

you want to do is just ask them for

access to their account and only become

a manager if they can invite you as a

manager I'm gonna show you exactly how

to do this for you guys okay I've

already got this all worked out all you

have to do is just tell them tell the

business owner to go to google and type

in Google my business add a user okay

just like that just like I have it right

here

Google my business add a user and then

you're gonna have this result here that

says add and remove listing owners and

managers so when they click on that

that's gonna take them over to this page

add or remove listing owners and

managers

now what you're gonna want to do is have

them scroll down here and look for this

right here where it says desktop okay

there's one that says mobile but just to

keep the basic and I'm assuming they're

gonna be doing this on a desktop down

there at the office or something so

you're gonna want to have them look for

desktop and then have them click on this

little arrow here and

gives them step-by-step instructions on

what they have to do to add you a user I

mean it's really simple all they have to

do is add your name and email address

and then you'll receive a notification

through email on exactly how to do it

and how to sign up to get access to

their dashboard then from this point

what you're gonna do and this is a

little screenshot here I'll zoom in to

it you're gonna go in and you're gonna

look for the listing now it's going to

show a duplicate listing is gonna show

where it says permanently closed and you

want to get rid of that and so really

they don't know obviously they didn't

know anything about it

so I mean that's what you're for you're

gonna go in there and you're gonna put a

checkmark next to the listing that says

permanently closed and then you're gonna

click on this little action mini right

here and scroll all the way down and

click on remove location and this way

they only have one location now okay

this is going to massively improve the

results so that's really how the whole

thing works you don't have to stay

inside of your local city if you don't

want to I know for me I would be a

little bit more comfortable getting on

the phone with someone locally and

saying hey I'm here local want to help

you out but you can also go to different

states and cities around the United

States or wherever you are and do this

as well so I hope this helps you out for
